We recommend asking your rabbi, but the band doesn’t have any electronics inside and therefore, would be comparable to wearing any wristband.

Yes! We created designs for both men and women in mind.
For iPhones, you should tap at the top-back of your phone, near the camera. For Andriods, you should tap at the middle-back of your phone.
